Free Introduction to Wrestling - FTC (Firebird Training Center)

Take this opportunity to introduce your child to the wonderful sport of youth wrestling. Coach Krause will provide a quick  tour of the facility, get a work out in, provide instruction,  and demonstrate the sport with some of the resident national champions. This is a great opportunity to get a up close and personal look at Firebird Training Center and meet new friends.  The room and ciriculumn is designed for girls and boys from kindergarten to 12th grade and all skill levels!  This could be the sport they have been looking for while keeping them very active.
